In short
The pages of this website set no cookies, use no analytics service and load nothing from other sites. Like every web server, ours keeps a log of the requests it answers. That log is all the site knows about a visit.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Miroslav Famfulik, the developer behind Enlyzr, in the Czech Republic. For anything on this page, write to enlyzr@gmail.com.
What the server records
For each request the server writes one line to its log: the internet (IP) address the request came from, the time, the address of the page or file, whether it could be delivered and how large it was, the page that linked to it if your browser passes that on, and what the browser says about itself. The log is kept for about three months and then deleted.
What the log is used for
- Counting visits: how many there were, which pages were read and which sites they came from. These counts are totals for each day and hold no addresses. Beside them, the server keeps a list of the addresses that sent the most requests in the current week, with the number of requests; daily copies of that list are deleted after a month.
- Protecting the server: a network that keeps asking for pages that do not exist is blocked from the site automatically. The block list holds the range of that network, and a range stays on it until it is taken off. The address ranges that search engines publish for their own crawlers are never blocked.
The log is used for nothing else. The legal ground is the legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and in knowing which pages are useful (Article 6(1)(f) of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation).
The log and the lists stay on the server, which the developer runs. No other company hosts them, and they are not passed on to anybody.
Your rights
You can ask what the log holds about an address you used, ask for it to be deleted, or object to its use. Write to the address above and name the address and the days you mean, because the log knows a visit by nothing else. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz.
A message you send to enlyzr@gmail.com arrives in a Gmail mailbox, so Google handles it as the mail provider.
Older pages
Some older pages of the Activity Tracker, which exist in 17 languages, remember the language you chose in your browser's own storage. That choice stays in your browser and is not sent to the server.
Links to other sites
Links to Google Play lead to Google's site, where Google's own privacy policy applies. Links to the developer's two other websites, zrak.education and mirofeld.com, tell those sites that you came from enlyzr.info, and nothing about which page you were on. A link to any other site tells it nothing.
